On April 11, 2025, the Kazantzakis Museum took part in an open networking event organized by the Rural Tourism Network "epaithros" at the Cultural and Conference Center of Heraklion. The event, titled "Rural Tourism Network – Rural Greece: The Case of Crete," aimed to foster collaboration and exchange in support of the promotion and development of outdoor tourism in Crete.
