In this rich collection, those interested will find cinema films, plays, events, television broadcasts of the author's works, feature programmes and documentaries, as well as interviews with those close to Kazantzakis and scholars of his work.

One of the museum's prized possessions is Kimon Friar's filming of Nikos and Eleni Kazantzakis, probably in the spring of 1957, in Antibes, France. Friar gave the 16mm negative to Yiorgos Anemoyiannis. A further unique document is filmmaker Michalis Gaziadis' record of the author's funeral, which was acquired by Eleni Kazantzakis and later donated to the Nikos Kazantzakis Museum.
